URGENTLY REQUIRED due to expansion we are seeking to appoint vehicle mechanics/fitters to join our team providing a comprehensive service within the motor trade industry for fleet services.
Working from our recently opened Blandford depot, the successful candidates will ideally be experienced in a wide range of mechanics and will be expected to work both as part of a team or on their own, working to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards at all times.
Various shifts are available. Working both at the workshop & out in the field a degree of flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and working Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform common maintenance and repair operations as well as specialist repairs.
- Be prepared to travel to customer\'s premises and carry out onsite repairs as required.
- Good housekeeping to maintain workshop standard.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance and repair preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
