We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager Enterprise Applications & ERP to lead that journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Business Systems Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own KILLSTAR's Business Systems Strategy, ensuring technology supports our commercial objectives and long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year systems roadmap aligned to business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and system optimisation.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to evaluate future technology investments.
  • Ensure every technology decision balances commercial value, operational efficiency and user experience.

Enterprise Applications Ownership

  • Take ownership of KILLSTAR's core business systems including (but not limited to):
  • Net Suite ERP
  • Shopify Plus
  • Patchworks
  • Warehouse Management Systems
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting platforms
  • CRM and future enterprise applications

You will

  • Act as Product Owner for all enterprise applications.
  • Define product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Ensure systems remain secure, scalable and fit for purpose.
  • Continuously improve system performance and business adoption.
  • Maintain clear ownership of application documentation and configuration.

Digital Transformation

  • Lead the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes including:
  • ERP optimisation
  • Warehouse and logistics integrations
  • Platform migrations
  • Systems consolidation
  • Data Warehouse implementation
  • Business Intelligence initiatives
  • Automation projects
  • AI-enabled business improvements
  • Future retail technology initiatives

You'll establish governance frameworks that ensure projects are delivered consistently, on budget and with measurable business value.

Systems Architecture & Integration

Own the overall architecture of KILLSTAR's application ecosystem. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining integration standards
  • Maintaining API governance
  • Designing scalable system architecture
  • Managing application interoperability
  • Ensuring data integrity across all platforms
  • Eliminating unnecessary technical complexity

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our systems operate as one connected ecosystem.

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Establish governance for all application changes by

  • Defining release management processes
  • Approving production deployments
  • Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Maintaining Development, Test and Production environments
  • Defining rollback procedures
  • Managing technical documentation
  • Ensuring appropriate change control

No application changes should enter production without appropriate governance and business validation.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Act as the senior technology relationship owner for external vendors. You'll:
  • Manage strategic technology partnerships
  • Evaluate supplier performance
  • Negotiate commercial agreements
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs
  • Challenge solution designs
  • Hold partners accountable for delivery
  • Reduce unnecessary external spend
  • Ensure best practice delivery standards

Data & Reporting

Champion data quality across the business by

  • Establishing governance standards
  • Improving master data management
  • Supporting reporting capability Ensuring consistent system integration
  • Working with stakeholders to improve business insight through data

Leadership

Lead and develop the IT & Cybersecurity Manager by

  • Setting strategic direction
  • Prioritising workload
  • Supporting professional development
  • Removing barriers to delivery

You'll foster strong relationships across every department, ensuring technology teams are viewed as trusted business partners rather than support functions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

  • Significant experience leading Business Systems within a retail, fashion or ecommerce organisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Net Suite ERP.
  • Strong experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Experience managing middleware platforms such as Patchworks or similar integration platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendors.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and integrations.
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks including SDLC and change management.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience managing technology budgets.
  • Previous people leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Have led ERP implementation or optimisation projects.
  • Have implemented Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence solutions.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION

This role will be based at our Brighton Studio, United Kingdom, on a hybrid working arrangement (a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and 2 days working from home).

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, with hours worked between 08:00am - 06:00pm, Monday through Friday.
