What You’ll Do

  • Order & Logistics Management: Processing and managing all gifting and campaign orders using our internal e-commerce and influencer management platforms.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Organising and tracking returns and exchanges, including the creation and distribution of shipping labels.
  • Inbox Support: Provide daily support for the influencer inbox, answering quick queries and resolving issues to build positive rapport.
  • Content Administration: Downloading, labelling, and uploading all received influencer content to our internal systems to ensure it is distributed to the appropriate departments.
  • Database & Outreach Support: Assist with growing our influencer database and provide support with outreach list creation for specific campaigns.
  • Asset Creation: Creating product collections on our influencer platform (GRIN) for creators to choose from and creating clothing PDFs to send to creators ahead of major launches.
  • Frontline Community Voice: Act as the heart of our “cult” following by building authentic rapport through comments and DMs, ensuring every interaction feels uniquely KILLSTAR. You will handle quick queries while keeping a pulse on the community to feed real‑time replies and audience insights back to the team to maintain our cultural relevance.
  • Reporting: Track and report on gifting KPIs, including campaign progress, engagement, and order status to inform future planning.
  • Shipping Troubleshooting: Liaise with shipping couriers and our internal warehouse team to resolve delivery or customs issues.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: This is not a content creation role; however, this position may occasionally support the social team on content approval, local content and talent shoots, along with the wider marketing team on seasonal press and influencer events.

  • Adaptable: You are adaptable to last‑minute changes and willing to embrace new ways of working.

Your Experience Includes

  • Working as part of a marketing or e‑commerce team and completing administrative tasks.
  • Working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and contributing to overall team targets.
  • Experience in a customer experience or liaison position, communicating with external partners via email or social media.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce backends and influencer management software (Shopify and GRIN) is highly desirable.

Work Hours & Location

This role will be based at our Brighton Studio, United Kingdom. It will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and 2 days working from home.
