We're looking for a hands-on Creative Director who can both lead and create. This is not a traditional management role where you simply brief others and review work from a distance. You'll be actively involved in the day-to-day creative output, shaping our brand through your own work while also guiding freelancers and external partners when additional support is needed. You'll be responsible for elevating and protecting our brand across every touchpoint, ensuring everything we produce feels consistent, commercially effective, and true to who we are. As we continue into a new stage of growth, this role will play a key part in building standout creative that drives awareness, engagement, and performance. When workload increases, you'll confidently direct external creatives, manage workflows, and maintain quality control while staying hands-on yourself. This role suits someone who loves making great work, thinks strategically, moves quickly, and is constantly looking for new ideas, tools, trends, and creative opportunities.

Our Culture

We're looking for an attitude; we want you to take risks and recognise that failure is just part of the journey. We want you to love people and love working as a team. We want you to be rebellious, independent and constantly challenge the world around you and always look for opportunities to improve and innovate. We don't do status quo here.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of the brand across all digital channels, campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints.
  • Personally design and create high-quality growth-focused assets across social media, paid advertising, websites, landing pages, email, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency while continuously raising creative standards.
  • Create compelling static and motion content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Produce and edit video content for paid social, brand campaigns, product storytelling, and organic channels.
  • Translate ideas into concepts, sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final creative assets where needed.
  • Design and build landing pages, campaign pages, and digital experiences using tools such as Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Create email campaigns and templates for CRM platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, photographers, videographers, developers, and other creative partners when required.
  • Brief external creatives clearly and ensure all output aligns with brand standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams across growth, marketing, and product to deliver effective creative at speed.
  • Review campaign performance and optimise creative assets based on results, testing, and user feedback.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and new creative opportunities.
  • Bring fresh thinking and innovation that keeps the brand leading rather than following.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a senior creative, brand, or digital design role.
  • A portfolio showing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong design craft across digital, branding, motion, content, advertising, and web.
  • Video editing and motion design skills with the ability to create engaging performance and brand content.
  • Expert knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience directing freelancers or external creative teams while remaining hands-on yourself.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual consistency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Highly proactive, organised, and commercially minded.
  • Naturally curious and always searching for better ways to create, communicate, and improve.
  • Happy switching between strategy, execution, project management, and creative leadership.

Benefits

  • Full-time Contract role
  • Location: Remote (UK or EU Based) with occasional team meetings in London
  • All software tools will be provided
  • Package: 25 days paid annual leave, Pension, Gym Membership, Private health and dental
  • The role will begin as freelance and transition to PAYE. After 12 months there is potential to become part of the staff share option scheme.
