The Role The KK Club Manager is the guardian to the KK Club Membership β the most exclusive inner circle within the KK world.This role is not simply about events. It is about curating a private members\β culture.You will oversee the member experience: from first impression and onboarding, to long-term loyalty and advocacy. From intimate London-based experiences including the KK Box at The O2, through to future social events, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects the KK Club standard: Femme first, luxury, discretion, hedonism, confidence, and impeccable attention to detail.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has worked within private members\β clubs, luxury hospitality, or concierge-led environments, and understands how to serve high-net-worth individuals with authority and ease.The role could start as part time contract leading to full time employment. We will review with each individual candidate.Membership Experience & Retention Own and protect the overall KK Club member experienceBuild trusted, personal relationships with membersLead onboarding, engagement, renewals, and retentionHandle sensitive member matters with discretion, diplomacy, and confidenceConstantly evolve standards to exceed member expectationsEvents & Experiences Plan, deliver, and oversee all KK Club experiences, including:The KK Box at The O2Private Club socials, dinners, and cultural eventsCurated women-only, couples, and mixed member formats
Ensure all experiences feel intimate, seamless, and premium β never mass-marketRecruit, train, and manage hosts to deliver consistent luxury-level hostingAct as the senior on-site presence and face of the Club at key eventsTone of Voice & First Impressions Deliver the KK Club tone of voice β confident, discreet, warm, intelligent, and aspirationalEnsure consistency across all member-facing touchpoints:Communications and correspondenceInvitations and event messagingIn-person hosting, etiquette, and presentation
Set clear expectations around behaviour, standards, and exclusivityPartnerships & Business Development Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:Other private box owners (including reciprocal box swaps)Luxury brands, venues, and experience partnersMembership Perks
Identify opportunities that enhance member value and commercial returnNegotiate partnerships that align with KK\βs brand, values, and standardsSupport membership growth through partnerships, referrals, and elevated experiencesGrowth & Future Expansion Proactively identify opportunities to increase perceived value of the KK ClubSupport the transition from a UK-based Club to a global lifestyle membershipCollaborate with the KK HQ β senior leadership on future international events and experiencesHelp build scalable systems, processes, and standards as the Club grows.Who This Role Is ForYou are someone who:Has proven experience within a private members\β club, luxury hospitality group, concierge service, or elite lifestyle brandIs confident working with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholdersUnderstands discretion, boundaries, and social intelligence at a senior levelIs commercially minded and opportunity-focusedIs polished, calm under pressure, and naturally authoritativeBalances warmth with clear structure and high standardsThis role is not suitable for junior event coordinators or community managers without prior luxury or membership experience.Essential Experience Demonstrable experience in a membership-based or luxury environmentSenior-level event and experience leadershipPartnership development or business development experienceTeam leadership and host training experienceLondon-based, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travelEggs Benedict (All Hands, No Ego)Every team member β regardless of title β must be prepared to do what needs to be done to deliver an exceptional experience.
