We are hiring a Marketing Manager to help drive growth across the KK group of brands including WAX, KK Events, KK Cruise, and KK Club. This is a hands‑on role for a proven marketing generalist who enjoys making things happen. You will work directly with the co‑founders to turn ideas and plans into real campaigns and measurable results. This is not a corporate role and not a strategy‑only role. We are looking for a practical operator who can oversee suppliers, execute campaigns, and ensure marketing activity happens consistently. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a senior marketing position over time.
Who This Role Is Not For
We are not looking for someone who wants to spend their time building presentations or PowerPoints. This is a role for a doer. We care about campaigns that launch, systems that work, and customers that convert. We measure success through results, not how things look in a slide deck. If you enjoy getting things done and being accountable for outcomes, this role will suit you well.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring marketing across the KK brands runs smoothly and effectively. You will coordinate campaigns, manage suppliers, improve systems, and help drive growth across multiple products and events. You will work closely with the founder and senior team and will be trusted to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery
- Turn plans into live campaigns across: WAX, KK Events, KK Cruise, KK Club
- Including: Email campaigns, Launch campaigns, Promotions, Partnerships, Event marketing, Seasonal campaigns
- Ensuring campaigns launch on time and perform as expected.
- Supplier Management
- A key part of this role is managing external partners and ensuring work is delivered to the right standard.
- This includes: Paid freelances and internal members, Designers, Video editors, Influencers, PR agencies
- You will ensure deadlines are met, work is delivered, and budgets are respected.
- Marketing Operations
- You will help run the marketing engine across the business.
- Including: Email marketing systems, funnel based marketing, CRM campaigns, Automations, Landing pages, Tracking links, Reporting
- Making sure campaigns run reliably and nothing is missed.
- Growth Support
- You will work with the founder to improve marketing performance.
- Including: Testing ideas, Improving funnels, Improving conversions, Improving retention, Developing campaigns
- You will be expected to contribute ideas and improvements. You will understand what results look like. You will understand ROAS, retention metrics.
- Cross Brand Coordination
- You will ensure marketing works across the KK ecosystem.
- For example: Event customers discovering WAX, WAX users discovering cruises, Cruise guests discovering KK Club
- You will help make sure opportunities across brands are not missed.
Required Experience
- 4 to 8 years marketing experience
- Experience running campaigns

Working Structure
This is a full time role. Hours vary depending on campaigns and events. Some evenings and weekends will be required. Time off in lieu will be provided. The role is hybrid with most work done remotely and in person meetings when required. The company operates primarily through Slack and video calls. Travel may be required and all work travel expenses will be covered. Standard working hours on non event days are typically 9 to 5 GMT with collaboration across UK and European time zones.
