The KK Club Manager is the guardian to the KK Club Membership — the most exclusive inner circle within the KK world. This role is not simply about events; it is about curating a private members’ culture. You will oversee the member experience: from first impression and onboarding, to long-term loyalty and advocacy. From intimate London-based experiences including the KK Box at The O2, through to future social events, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects the KK Club standard: Femme first, luxury, discretion, hedonism, confidence, and impeccable attention to detail.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has worked within private members’ clubs, luxury hospitality, or concierge-led environments, and understands how to serve high-net-worth individuals with authority and ease. The role could start as part-time contract leading to full-time employment. We will review with each individual candidate.
Membership Experience & Retention- Own and protect the overall KK Club member experience
- Build trusted, personal relationships with members
- Lead onboarding, engagement, renewals, and retention
- Handle sensitive member matters with discretion, diplomacy, and confidence
- Constantly evolve standards to exceed member expectations
- Plan, deliver, and oversee all KK Club experiences, including:
- The KK Box at The O2
- Private Club socials, dinners, and cultural events
- Curated women-only, couples, and mixed member formats
- Deliver the KK Club tone of voice — confident, discreet, warm, intelligent, and aspirational
- Ensure consistency across all member-facing touchpoints:
- Communications and correspondence
- Invitations and event messaging
- In-person hosting, etiquette, and presentation
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:
- Other private box owners (including reciprocal box swaps)
- Luxury brands, venues, and experience partners
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase perceived value of the KK Club
- Support the transition from a UK-based Club to a global lifestyle membership
- Collaborate with the KK HQ - senior leadership on future international events and experiences
- Help build scalable systems, processes, and standards as the Club grows.
You are someone who:
- Has proven experience within a private members’ club, luxury hospitality group, concierge service, or elite lifestyle brand
- Is confident working with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders
- Understands discretion, boundaries, and social intelligence at a senior level
- Is commercially minded and opportunity-focused
- Is polished, calm under pressure, and naturally authoritative
- Balances warmth with clear structure and high standards
This role is not suitable for junior event coordinators or community managers without prior luxury or membership experience.

Location: Flexible, with significant travel required.
Contract: We are open to part or full time role.
