Job Summary
We’re excited to share an internal opportunity to join the Marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager, based out of the Mayfair office. The successful candidate will conceive, develop and deliver effective content outputs that align with marketing strategies linked to attraction, conversion, retention and long‑term client engagement for Killik & Co.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with the wider Marketing team to develop timely and relevant content that can be used in online and offline campaigns and partnerships.
- Manage the agencies responsible for producing assets.
- Work with subject‑matter‑experts / partners to commission and edit written content for use across website, client communications etc.
- Take an analytical approach to overseeing the performance of key content, factoring in audience, message and brand.
- Work closely with the business to understand needs for content in support of the four stages of our prospect‑to‑client journey.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team, harnessing analytical insights on content performance at the top of the funnel, to optimise our content production, grow reach, lead conversion and ultimately conversion to client.
- Create and own a holistic content calendar for Killik & Co, liaising as appropriate with other content‑producing teams and ensuring that insight about what works best across channels and themes is sourced and shared.
- Monitor client understanding and adapt outputs to show continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who can coordinate a dynamic and complex content calendar, keeping key stakeholders up to date, aligned and highlighting potential gaps/opportunities.
- Lead and execute content creation from brief to publication.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Killik & Co culture and brand, embodying who Killik & Co is and conveying this to our audience and partners.
- Set and establish clear objectives and performance indicators for projects that are in line with department objectives and priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to identify potential improvements to content strategy and plan then put these in place.
- Experimental and innovative mindset – always with emphasis on ‘test‑and‑learn’ approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management – proactive in convening, collaborating with and updating teams to ensure that progress can be maintained, and everyone is clear on goals and outcomes.
Contractual Hours: Full‑Time Equivalent (37.5 hours per week or 42.5 hours per week)
