This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Killeavy Castle Estates 4 year in a row 2 AA rosette restaurant, located in Killeavy South Armagh. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing staff schedules, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant team members.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of food and beverages.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain an unparalleled dining experience while focusing on operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Strong Communication abilities, including the ability to effectively lead, train, and collaborate with a diverse team.
