We are seeking a commercially aware and culturally fluent Social & Influencer Manager to own the end-to-end organic social and influencer strategy across KILLSTAR and its sub-brands (including COVEN and KREEPTURES). Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, this role works closely with the Creative Director (Founder) to ensure brand expression remains culturally resonant while delivering measurable engagement, traffic and revenue contribution. This is a channel ownership role, balancing brand integrity with commercial performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Channel Ownership: Own the strategic direction and execution of organic social and influencer activity across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, X, YouTube and emerging platforms. Develop and evolve a platform strategy that grows audience, engagement, traffic and affiliate revenue contribution. Ensure all channel activity aligns with brand guardrails while remaining commercially effective. Lead the social calendar, ensuring cohesive storytelling across drops, launches and promotional moments.
- Influencer & Creator Strategy: Own and evolve the influencer ecosystem across gifted, affiliate and paid partnerships. Develop clear creator tiering and performance frameworks. Lead mid-tier and scalable creator partnerships, escalating major brand collaborations and Tier 1 partnerships to the Creative Director. Monitor, analyse and optimise influencer performance using codes, UTMs and affiliate data. Maintain oversight of budgets, spend tracking and ROI performance in partnership with E-Commerce.
- Brand & Creative Alignment: Work closely with the Creative Director to translate brand vision into platform-native expression. Collaborate with the wider Creative team to ensure asset pipelines support channel strategy. Protect and elevate the brand aesthetic across all social touchpoints. Maintain cultural relevance within alternative and subculture communities.
- Commercial Contribution: Partner with Head of E-Commerce to ensure social and influencer activity contributes to traffic, conversion and affiliate revenue targets. Provide clear weekly and monthly reporting across engagement, growth, traffic and revenue metrics. Balance promotional activity with long-term brand equity and community growth.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and develop the social and influencer team, setting clear KPIs and direction. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Merchandising, Legal and Operations to ensure aligned campaign execution. Drive continuous improvement, innovation and trend adoption within the channel.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- Experience owning social and influencer strategy within a fashion, lifestyle or culturally-led brand
- Demonstrated success growing organic platforms and influencer programmes
- Experience working with affiliate programmes and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of social analytics and reporting
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Experience working cross-functionally within an e-commerce business
WORK HOURS & LOCATION: Hybrid working model: 3 days per week at Brighton HQ, 2 days remote. Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
