TURKISH SPEAKING CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR / PARALEGAL
We are looking to recruit an experienced (minimum 1 Year+) Conveyancing Solicitor/ Paralegal.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Residential/ Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal (at least 1 years experience / 1 years PQE) at our office in West Green Road, N15. As a Residential/ Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, and lease extensions) and also Commercial transactions.
Qualifications
• A solicitor / paralegal (at least 1 years experience/ 1 years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
• Demonstrated experience in handling residential & Commercial property transactions
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
