We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team for the 2026 season (March–November), to support the upkeep and day to day maintenance of the estate including a mixed portfolio of properties. This role would ideally suit a person with broad practical skills, who is comfortable working across a range of maintenance tasks in an estate setting.

This would involve general property maintenance, repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and assisting trades where required. You will work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
  • Have good general knowledge and practical ability across multiple trades, including basic plumbing, joinery, electrical and heating systems.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a small team.
  • Able to work at height (training provided).
  • Flexible approach and good problem-solving skills.
  • Work to a high standard of safety, care and workmanship in a working estate environment.
  • Forklift/ATV tickets and farm machinery experience are desirable but not essential (training available).
  • Occasional on-call work for guest emergencies may be required.
