We’re looking for a woman with presence.

Someone feminine, confident, stylish and naturally magnetic on camera. The kind of girl people want to know what she’s wearing, where she’s going and what she’s buying.

You don’t just love fashion — you have taste. You understand what feels current without looking like you’re trying to follow every trend. You know how to make beautiful clothes feel desirable, relevant and alive.

You’ll become one of the recognisable faces and voices of KÍLÈNTÁR across our social platforms, creating content that makes our community stop, watch, share, save — and want the clothes.

This is not a behind-the-scenes social media role. We are specifically looking for someone who wants to be in front of the camera and has the personality and presence to carry content.

THE KÍLÈNTÁR GIRL

• Feminine, confident and expressive, with a strong sense of personal style.
• Naturally comfortable and charismatic on camera — you don't disappear when the camera turns on.
• Fashion-obsessed and culturally aware. You know the brands, the girls, the references, the conversations and what is happening online.
• Someone with a strong visual eye who understands premium fashion, styling and aspiration.
• Beautifully put together, but never boring or overly polished. There should be personality behind the clothes.
• The friend people naturally ask, “Where is that from?”
• Internet-native. You understand TikTok and Instagram instinctively and can spot what is gaining momentum before everyone else copies it.
• Full of ideas. You can look at one KÍLÈNTÁR piece and immediately think of five different ways to create a moment around it.
• Comfortable speaking. You can tell a story, give an opinion, style a look, interview someone, jump on a trend or simply make a 15‑second video impossible to scroll past.
• Able to understand the difference between following a trend and making a trend feel like KÍLÈNTÁR.

We’re open to different looks, aesthetics and personalities. What matters is that you have presence, femininity, taste and an energy people are drawn to.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create and star in weekly TikTok, Reels and social‑first content.
• Wear and style KÍLÈNTÁR naturally and make the pieces feel desirable.
• Become a recurring face and personality our community recognises.
• Bring us original content concepts — not wait to be handed a shot list.
• Create talking‑to‑camera content, styling videos, fashion commentary, trends, interviews, BTS moments and new formats we haven't thought of yet.
• Stay ahead of fashion, culture and internet conversations and translate them into the KÍLÈNTÁR world.
• Work closely with our creative and social teams while bringing your own point of view to the brand.

THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...

You want to stay behind the camera.

You need every video scripted for you.

You can execute content beautifully but struggle to come up with the idea.

Or your first instinct is always to copy what another fashion brand has already done.

We need someone who brings energy into the room — and onto the feed.
