Kilcreggan Homes provides high quality care and support to adults with learning difficulty, autistic spectrum condition and/or acquired brain injury. We are seeking to employ support workers for the Mid Ulster area.

We would like to recruit a number of support workers, both full time and part time, for an immediate start at a new enhanced rate, based on 38 hours per week. We offer a range of staff benefits including:

We are a registered charity that provides person-centred services to people who have learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting tenants in daily living tasks in their home.
  • Providing one-to-one support to our tenants and service users with a broad range of learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions.
  • Working as part of our team to ensure Kilcreggan continues to provide opportunities for our service users to lead lives they choose.
  • Understanding what it means to provide support in a person-centred way.
  • Demonstrating skills and attributes required to enhance the client's lives.

You will be expected to undertake training up to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this post. Registered with NISCC. Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. Experience in working with clients with complex needs. Have experience of working in care or support.
