We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Night Healthcare Assistant to join our mental health care team at Kilbroney House. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, caring, and reliable, and who understands the importance of reassurance and stability during the night for individuals with mental health needs.
Hours & Pay
- 22 or 33 hours (2/3 nights) per week available (night duty)
- Overtime available
- Pay Rates: £15 per hour, £15.50 per hour weekends, £17 per hour for overtime

- Providing reassurance, comfort, and emotional support
- Carrying out observations and completing accurate documentation
- Supporting residents with personal care when required
- Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment
- Working as part of a friendly, respectful, and supportive night team
