To provide high-quality, person centred care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing while ensuring a safe, caring and homely environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in accordance with each resident's individual care plan.
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing and dressing, continence care, oral hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning and the safe use of manual handling equipment.
