The PR & Influencer Manager is responsible for executing the PR and influencer strategy, driving impactful influencer campaigns and brand events, and nurturing talent and media relationships that translate into meaningful coverage. The role is focused on growing brand awareness and cultural relevance within the beauty space across the UK & Ireland, while ensuring that marketing activity supports retail performance and sales.

Working closely with global teams, the role ensures PR and influencer launch plans are executed with excellence and adapted to be locally relevant, supporting both brand-building and commercial objectives. (Please note this role is a 12 month Mat Cover)

Main Responsibilities
  • Executes PR and Influencer strategy in UK & Ireland to support the brand’s launch plans as well as key local initiatives, ensuring these are shared with Global and Retail teams for visibility.
  • Works in close collaboration with the Global PR, Social Media and Product Management teams to ensure consistency and strong synergy between global plans and local adaptation.
  • Builds strong relationships with beauty media, influencers, creators and agencies.
  • Manages product gifting, paid partnerships and campaign execution in collaboration with agencies to secure coverage across print, digital and social platforms.
  • Tracks campaign performance, coverage and influencer reporting.
  • Provides competitor launch highlights, relevant market intelligence and consumer insights to strengthen plans and deliver strategies that drive brand equity and retail sales.
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, social and commercial teams.
  • Recommends marketing plans to drive local relevance for the brand as well as retail sales.
  • Leads local agencies and vendor management.
  • Manages the PR & Influencer budget in line with the Marketing Director’s direction, including raising purchase orders.
Job Requirements
  • Min 4+ years of experience in PR & Influencer Marketing or Brand Communications, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong network of beauty editors, influencers, creators and talent contacts.
  • Proven experience executing successful PR and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, reporting and analytics tools, creator marketing and beauty culture.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, storytelling and brand building.
