The Key Holder (Beauty Advisor) is our KIKO Ambassador and assists the Store Manager to drive customer experience, sales, and business KPIs for the store in line with the KIKO Brand Strategy by leading and coaching the team. Takes full accountability for the store in the absence of a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and/or Supervisor.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Support the team to deliver the customer experience and business-related goals
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Open and/or close the store as per the defined business processes
- Ensure correct operational procedures are followed in the absence of a manager
- Check and respond (where required) on any store email communication
- Drive the store performance (sales target) in the absence of a manager
- Deliver outstanding service by engaging, connecting, and servicing all visitors with the right behaviour (attitude, outfit, and make-up look in line with KIKO standards)
- Deliver business goals as defined with the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs)
- Satisfy Customer’s needs with cross-selling products
- Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training elements
- Update Management with any issues that require solving to deliver the highest Customer experience and KPI results (e.g., Trends, Stock, Housekeeping)
- Opportunities to undertake responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team
- Communicate with the relevant Area Manager and/or UK Director regarding store incidents
- PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
- Guarantee compliance with store procedures (KIKO STORE BOOK)
- Follow correct processes for issuing and cashing store till floats
- Ensure weekly communications and actions are executed as per guidelines
- Maintain store compliance with all KIKO standards
- Ensure standards and procedures are followed as defined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and explained by the Store Manager
- Contribute to maintaining qualitative standards in store image (layout, merchandising, housekeeping) and customer care
- Stay updated on market trends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Fashion or Beauty
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and applying makeup
- Knowledge of skincare routines and techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
