Originally founded by Arm, Kigen enables businesses to grow their Internet of Things rapidly through the SIM, eSIM and iSIM technologies and are pushing the boundaries in the industry. We are currently looking for a CRM Admin Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing teams during a fixed-term maternity cover period. This remote, UK-based role will focus on CRM administration, lead/contact updates, sales coordination support, email campaign setup, campaign list management, and basic reporting.
You’ll help keep CRM records accurate, support lead updates for Sales, assist with event and nurture email campaigns, monitor basic campaign metrics, and help maintain existing CRM workflows and documentation.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
- CRM administration
- Freshworks or similar CRM platforms
- Lead/contact data management
- Sales coordination support
- Email campaign setup and scheduling
- Campaign preparation and segmentation
- Basic CRM and email performance reporting
- CRM data quality and process documentation
This role would suit someone with experience as a CRM Administrator, CRM Admin Specialist, CRM Executive, Sales Operations Administrator, Marketing Administrator, Email Campaign Executive, or Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
