Kiez Kebab is a new Berlin-inspired food concept opening in London, focused on bold, well-executed dishes and a clear, consistent identity.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, working under the direction of the Head Chef. The Head Chef has developed all recipes, menus, and the overall food concept, and leads on creative direction and admin. Your role is to execute that vision consistently, manage the team on the ground, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly every day. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and confident running service and people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running daily kitchen operations from prep through service
  • Leading and organising the kitchen team (training, delegation, standards)
  • Ensuring all dishes are executed exactly to Head Chef specifications
  • Maintaining consistency and quality across every service
  • Managing prep systems and workflow
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, and waste management
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a structured, efficient kitchen
