We're looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join KIEZ, our Berlin-inspired kebab restaurant and bar in Notting Hill.
Great food, good music and warm hospitality are at the heart of what we do. From busy lunches to lively evenings, we're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, brings positive energy and knows how to keep service running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Leading from the floor and being a strong, welcoming presence during service.
Making sure the team is organised, well briefed, and ready for each shift.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth, sharp, and consistent.
Managing the flow of the restaurant, from walk-ins and queues to table turnarounds and the transition into evening bar service.
Taking responsibility for opening and closing, cashing up, daily checks, and clear handovers.
Helping train and develop the floor team, building confidence around the menu, drinks, and service standards.
Creating a positive team culture where people feel supported and take pride in their work.
Handling guest feedback with confidence, warmth, and good judgement.
Maintaining high standards across presentation, cleanliness, and day-to-day operational procedures.
Keeping on top of shift checklists, stock needs, and maintenance issues, flagging anything that needs attention promptly.
What you'll bring:
Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or an experienced Supervisor ready to take the next step.
A strong floor presence and the ability to lead busy services with confidence, pace, and attention to detail.
A genuine love for restaurants that have identity, energy, and cultural relevance.
A warm personality, good instincts, and a natural ability to look after both guests and the team.
A hands-on approach and consistently high standards.
Good organisation, clear communication, and confidence taking responsibility.
An interest in natural wine, particularly German and Austrian producers, would be a big plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
