Kiez is a Berlin-inspired new opening in Notting Hill, built around a tight kebab-led menu, curated cocktails, standout German and Austrian natural wines, and a world-class sound system, all set within a seriously design-led space. At 35 covers with a terrace, Kiez is a small restaurant with big personality, a neighbourhood spot with real energy, strong drinks, great music, and a clear point of view.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team and support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering consistent, organised, high-quality service every day. This role is hands-on and service-focused.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Running your section confidently during prep and service.
  • Making sure your section is clean, organised, stocked, labelled, and fully set up before service.
  • Supporting prep lists and completing daily tasks to the required standard and pace.
