Kieron Beattie Landscaping Ltd (KBL Ltd), established in 1970, is based at our beautiful Monxton Nurseries. We work with a wide variety of clients including local authorities, landscape architects, commercial developers and private clients, delivering high-quality landscaping and construction services across the region. We expect consistently high standards, and in return we invest in training and development.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of manual landscaping duties under the guidance of a foreman or supervisor. The role is outdoor-based and involves working in all weather conditions across a variety of sites. We are looking for Landscape Operatives to work from our main site in Monxton - SP11 and also our client site in Eastleigh - SO30.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Seeding, planting and mulching
  • Grass cutting and grounds maintenance
  • Paving and hard landscaping works
  • Weeding, fencing and litter collection
  • Excavation and general site duties

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is hardworking and reliable
  • Enjoys outdoor, physical work in all weathers
  • Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Previous landscaping experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence are advantageous but not required.
