We are looking for a Training Centre Co‐ordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Transportation Training Centre. You will manage and maintain training records linked to the Centre's various Awarding Organisation (AO) accreditations, including LANTRA, City & Guilds, DVSA, NPORS, NUCO, CABWI, UKATA, IOSH, TOPSET and CITB (Site Safety Plus). Location Nationwide – remote working with some travel to the office required. Contract Permanent Full‐time 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired. Salary £28,000 – £30,000 per year + excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
- Support the effective day‐to‐day running of the Transportation Training Centre.
- Manage training records for centre staff, affiliated trainers and assessors; record all training and assessments processed through the centre.
- Support operations including promoting accredited training to supply chain partners and external clients.
Day to Day Tasks
- Carry out daily tasks relating to the recording, processing and uploading of training and assessment activity in line with AO requirements.
- Support Transportation contracts with administrative queries relating to accredited training.
- Be available to support for centre audits and standardisation meetings when required.
- Compile centre‐related data to generate accurate reports covering key metrics.
- Oversee and coordinate all corporate training activities including e‐learning, compliance related and developmental activity for all employees throughout their learning pathway.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent administrative skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
