Key Details\n Location: Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham – Office-based, 5 days a week Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week (some flexibility available!) Your Responsibilities\n As our Pre-Works Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, working closely with both internal and external teams. Your organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring our projects run smoothly. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: \n \n Produce detailed works handovers and planning schedules for delivery teams. \n Schedule and batch works within the Confirm system to optimize efficiency. \n Liaise with planning and delivery teams, as well as third parties and stakeholders, to ensure jobs are planned right the first time. \n Order special materials and assess plant and material needs for upcoming works. \n Support the Team Leader with regular reports and ensure corporate procedures are followed. \n What We’re Looking For\n This role is perfect for someone who: \n \n Has strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers. \n Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and systems like Confirm. \n Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills. \n Takes a well-organized and methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail. \n Focuses on delivering high-quality results while providing outstanding service and support to customers and stakeholders. \n Rewards and Benefits\n We believe in rewarding our brilliant team members!
