We're looking for Traffic Management Operatives to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Sunday, including nights and weekends.
In this rewarding role, you'll be working on the Anglian Water alliance, where you'll play a vital part in maintaining water supply systems, responding to emergencies such as water bursts, and supporting the development of innovative solutions to better serve customers. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to communities whilst building your skills in a supportive team environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll be working within the Natural Resources team, supporting them in maintaining safe and efficient traffic management services. Your day to day will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and removing multiple traffic management set-ups to ensure site safety
- Pre-setting road closures and advanced signage
- Working flexibly on a rota basis to cover nights, weekends, and call-outs
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service standards
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
What are we looking for?
This role of Traffic Management Operative is great for you if you:
- Hold a Full driving licence
- Are Lantra qualified (M1/M2 minimum)
- Can work away from home when needed (accommodation or allowance provided)
