Kier Group is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our internal MEP business, Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME). KME work internally and partner with our regional construction business to self-deliver MEP solutions across a wider range of sectors.
Location: London
Hours: Full time, Permanent.

What you can expect to be doing:
- Lead electrical works planning and delivery in line with Kier standards and UK legislation
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to optimise solutions
- Manage change control, risk, and opportunity
- Implement robust quality control procedures
- Provide timely updates on progress and financials
- Ensure installations meet internal, client, and statutory requirements
- Support and guide project team members to achieve shared goals
What are we looking for:
- A relevant industry-accredited qualification in Electrical Services
- CSCS and SMSTS accreditation
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and innovation
- A passion for continuous improvement and professional development
