We're looking for a Construction Management Degree Apprentice to join our Construction team based in Heathrow. You will be working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Construction Management. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, 24/7 Wellbeing Support Programme, and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Heathrow
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!
Start date: September 2026

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Construction Management Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Construction Site Management with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, on time and to the required quality.
Your day to day will include:
- Assisting in the responsibility of a project section or work package where you'll manage the on-site health, safety, and quality.
- Working alongside the wider construction teams and report on the progress of any projects, whilst also liaising with third parties such as councils, utilities, and sub-contractors.
- Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course.

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
- 5 GCSE at Grade 4 or above including Maths and English.
- 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (T-Level, BTEC National Certificate / Diploma / Extended Diploma Or Advanced Diploma).
- Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications may also be considered.
If you already hold a degree (or equivalent) related to this programme, then you will not be eligible for this apprenticeship due to funding regulations. To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
