We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London.
Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in delivering preconstruction services across a diverse portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects. Your day to day will include:
- Managing and coordinating preconstruction activities from tender issue through to handover
- Collaborating with commercial, estimating, planning, and design teams to meet project milestones
- Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships and ensure project confidence
- Identifying and mitigating risks during the preconstruction phase
- Supporting bid writing and strategy development
What are we looking for?
This role of Preconstruction Manager is great for you if:
- You have previous preconstruction experience on projects up to £20m and have led multidisciplinary teams
- You hold a full UK Driving Licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership)
- You have strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence.
