We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London.

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in delivering preconstruction services across a diverse portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects.

  • Collaborating with commercial, estimating, planning, and design teams to meet project milestones
  • Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships and ensure project confidence
  • Identifying and mitigating risks during the preconstruction phase
  • Supporting bid writing and strategy development

You have previous preconstruction experience on projects up to £20m and have led multidisciplinary teams.

You hold a full UK Driving Licence and relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership).

You have strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.

If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence.
