Sub Agent
We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Natural Resources team, on our Severn Trent water framework working from site at Wanlip, Leicestershire.
Location : Wanlip, Leicestershire
Contract : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
What will you be responsible for?
As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, supporting them by managing the operational resources (people, and physical assets) in order to implement the plan for the assigned project safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and the gross profit.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures, and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier's other H&S related policies and procedures.
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded, as well as managing DALUX (Quality Handover Portal) to ensure documents mirror what has been delivered on site.
- Support with work relating to financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value review with Commercial Team and promote cross division working with other members within the LHA to create a one-team ethos.
- Implement and monitor day-to-day activities (Short Interval Control), in line with main programme and ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification and escalate where expectations are not met.
- Management and monitoring of Sub-Contractor performance and delivery and manage the site engineers and Section Engineer and ensure suitable and sufficient quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring is carried out.
