Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to assist in delivering a wide range of local authority civil engineering schemes for Kier on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council. A driving licence is an essential requirement for this role. Can you envision a world without transportation links by land, sea, or air?

Location : Brixworth Northamptonshire – site based 5 days per week Hours : Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week Monday to Friday evening and nights Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 per year company van benefits What will you be responsible for? As Site Supervisor, you'll be supervising all aspects of onsite maintenance and improvement schemes. The works will include footway reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, surface treatments, drainage improvements, traffic signals and structures repairs.
Your day to day will include: Ensure the Health and Safety of yourself, the workforce and the public in accordance with Kier SHE processes and procedures Managing and administering the construction works in accordance with the contract Assisting with the implementation and ongoing compliance of the Construction Phase including inductions, and site rules Issuing various permits for activities such as hot works and digging for various contractors in accordance with Kier processes and safe digging procedure What are we looking for?
