We\’re looking for a Site Manager to join our L&Q team based in Rainham

Location: Rainham

Hours:40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you\’ll be working within the L & Q team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and to the required standards.

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading, managing, and motivating the site\’s operational staff
  • Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, and government agencies
  • Implementing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout and beyond construction
  • Ensuring compliance with Kier Group\’s SHE policy, legal requirements, and best practices

  • You hold a CSCS card and have completed the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • You have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational projects
  • You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body
  • You can demonstrate experience in a site management role
  • You are an excellent communicator, highly organised, and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
