What you will do
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be working within the Construction team and assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This is a two-year, full-time structured graduate development programme leading to an assistant level role with salary potential around £38k.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial resources of the project
- Assist in maximising gross profit for projects
- Assess, review, and mitigate commercial/contractual risks as well as value work executed by sub-contractors
- Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (due to graduate in 2026 or recently graduated within the past three years)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills; good written and verbal communication
- Full UK driving licence
Location & Benefits
Locations: Falmer (East Sussex), Culham (Oxfordshire), Witham, HMP Channings Wood – with flexibility to travel/relocate across the region.
Starting salary: £30,000 per annum, with potential £4,750 car allowance (eligibility).
