Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team based on site in Essex. n   n Location : On site – Essex n Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. n   n Responsibilities n As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site. n Your day to day will include: n n Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors n Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works n Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned & followed n Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area n Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment n Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system.  n n   n What are we looking for? n This role of Maintenance Supervisor is great for you if: n n  You have extensive experience of hard services and facilities contracts n You have a backgro…
