We're looking for a CAD Manager to join our Highways team based in Union Street, London. In this role you'll take the lead in driving CAD standards, optimising workflows, and ensuring high quality outputs across our Highways Design projects.
Location: Union Street, London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 per year + private healthcare + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
- Oversee CAD resources, ensure alignment with industry standards, and provide support to engineers and designers in delivering precise high quality drawings for highways and infrastructure projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain CAD standards, templates, and workflows across the highways design team.
- Manage CAD team, providing training, mentoring, and technical support.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure CAD deliverables meet project requirements.
- Oversee the production of 2D and 3D design drawings, models, and visualisations for highways projects, and review and approve CAD outputs before submission.
- Support project coordination meetings and contribute to design reviews.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in highways design CAD management within consultancy or contractor environments.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and knowledge of highways design standards (DMRB, Manual for Streets, TfL Streetscape).
