We\’re looking for a Ganger to join our Transportation Team in Towcester, Northamptonshire. Within this role, you can enjoy a fantastic, pension scheme, a competitive annual holiday entitlement, and even more. Towcester, Northamptonshire Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:45 What will you be responsible for? As a Ganger, you\’ll be working within the Kier Transportation team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient highway maintenance and construction works. Leading a team of operatives to carry out complex specialist tasks, referring to technical manuals and drawings Managing daily site operations, ensuring safety for both operatives and the public Conducting point of work risk assessments and maintaining safe working procedures Overseeing the use and maintenance of specialist equipment in line with PUWER regulations Providing guidance and training to colleagues while ensuring compliance with Kier\’s HSEQ standards What are we looking for?
