We\βre looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Natural Resources Team working on our Thames Water framework.
Location: You\βll travel to sites as and when required across the northern Thames Valley patch (Oxfordshire/Reading/Hertfordshire).
Contract: Permanent, Full Time β flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to work within our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP). As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will carry out hands-on electrical installation works on Thames Water sites for both permanent and temporary installs, you will supervise other Kier electricians ensuring their works are to the appropriate standard and carry out electrical inspection and testing.
Your day to day will include:
- Installation of low-voltage electrical systems, including temporary and permanent works. This will include the installation of containment systems, running of power and control cables and testing of the installation installed.
- Supervise Kier electricians and mates, whilst providing mentorship to electrical apprentices.
- Support the development of commissioning documentation on a continuous basis, including outage management plans.
- Production of electrical RAMS to cover Kier electrical installation works and review Electrical contractor RAMS.
- Review and sign off project ITPs, ensuring that they are managed through Kier\βs common data environment.
What are we looking for?
This Electrical Supervisor is great for you if you have:
- Proven years industry experience in the Water Industry in a similar role.
- Relevant JIB Gold Card / ECS card as well as C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations
- IEE 18th edition wiring regs and C&G 2391 Inspect and Test
- Good working knowledge of sewage and water treatment processes, systems, and typical M&E plant / equipment.
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
