Job Overview
We\’re looking for a Traffic Management & Logistics Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Tebay, Cumbria. In this role you\’ll support the Traffic Management (TM) team with programming, phasing, forecasting and overseeing TM and logistics activities to ensure the smooth progression of projects from design through to delivery. A full driving licence is essential.
Location
Tebay, Cumbria – travel to the office required with some remote working available.
Hours & Salary
Hours: 45 hours per week.
Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 per annum + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits.
Responsibilities
- Implement and comply with Kier’s SHE policy and procedures, legal requirements, and best practices, including regular safety inspections.
- Ensure the TM delivery is in line with agreed programmes, liaising with operational delivery teams.
- Maintain quality inspection records on site as per the quality plan.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics support.
- Develop strong relationships with the client’s management and project delivery teams.
Qualifications
- A strong background in traffic management and site logistics.
- CSCS card holder.
- NHSS12 and M7 certificates.
