We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Kier team based in Essex. Location: Essex – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm; some flexibility on hours available if desired. Salary: £[Insert Salary] – remove if not sharing. Overview

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you will be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering hard services across a designated account portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system
• Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting
• Developing engineers to handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks
• Ensuring statutory compliance and safe working environments
• Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience in facilities management
• You understand industry standard contracts
• You\’re experienced in relationship management
• You\’re a team player who is assertive yet pragmatic
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
