Project Manager in Braintree

We\’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Workplace Solutions team based in the Essex and Surrounding areas.Location: Essex and Surrounding areasHours: 40 hours per weekWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.What will you be responsible for? As a Project Manager , you\’ll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in the safe, efficient delivery of project works across the Kier Places portfolio.Your Day To Day Will Include Managing and delivering multiple projects across the Kier Workplace Solutions portfolioActing as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, designers and contractorsEnsuring safety is always the number one priority, in line with Kier policies and proceduresMonitoring subcontractors, site activity, temporary works, quality and complianceMaintaining accurate project reporting, records, asset data and forecastsWhat are we looking for? You hold SMSTS, CSCS or IOSH Managing Safely certificationYou have a strong understanding of CDM, BSA and core project management principlesYou demonstrate an excellent safety‐first culture and approachYou\’re confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft OfficeYou have excellent communication skills and can manage multiple stakeholdersWe\’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
