We're looking for Site Agents to join our Regional Civils team based at Bridgwater Tidal Barrier in Somerset.

Location: Bridgwater Tidal Barrier, Somerset

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, supporting them in implementing the contract requirements safely, on time and to the required quality. Your day to day will include:

  • Management of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) matters for areas of direct responsibility.
  • Ensuring that adequate monitoring and supervision arrangements are maintained and clearly defined areas of responsibility for contractors are established and implemented.
  • Providing assistance on any issues during the planning phase of the project and managing the resource allocation for early construction activities that may take place during this phase.
  • Assisting the construction manager in ensuring the effective and efficient site management of the project.

  • Have a relevant construction related degree/HNC.
  • Have experience working on structures within a major project environment.
  • CSCS and SMSTS.
