We are looking for a Training Centre Co‑ordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Transportation Training Centre. In this role, you will manage and maintain training records linked to the Centre's various Awarding Organisation (AO) accreditations, including LANTRA, City & Guilds, DVSA, NPORS, NUCO, CABWI, UKATA, IOSH, TOPSET and CITB (Site Safety Plus). As a Training Centre Co‑ordinator, you will support the effective day‑to‑day running of the Transportation Training Centre, managing training records for centre staff, affiliated trainers and assessors; recording all training and assessments processed through the centre; and supporting operations including promoting accredited training to supply chain partners and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily tasks relating to recording, processing and uploading training and assessment activity in line with AO requirements.
  • Support Transportation contracts with administrative queries relating to accredited training.
  • Be available to support Centre audits and standardisation meetings when required.
  • Compile centre‑related data to generate accurate reports covering key metrics.
  • Oversee and coordinate all corporate training activities including e‑learning, compliance‑related and developmental activity for all employees throughout their learning pathway.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent administrative skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Contract: Permanent Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + excellent benefits.
