We are looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) – 12‑month FTC to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden. Location: Flexible – hybrid working available, with travel required to the Rushden office 1‑2 days per week. Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Republic of Ireland payrolls, including provider selection and system integration.
- Manage system testing and process design for payroll implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and employment legislation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge transfer across the payroll team.
Qualifications:
- You have payroll experience, including significant years managing Republic of Ireland payrolls.
- You have experience leading payroll implementations and managing outsourced providers.
- You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and confident in data analysis and reporting.
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You can work independently and adapt to complex, changing environments.
