We\’re looking for an HR Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Aylesford, Kent, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. While working towards a recognised qualification, you\’ll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £19,500

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a HR Apprentice, you\’ll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You\’ll work closely with the Transportation team to design, build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation, and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Ensuring HR policies are communicated effectively across different project sites
  • Supporting managers with HR-related queries
  • Providing high-quality administrative services to the HR team

The role of HR Apprentice is great for you if:

  • GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Willing to learn
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and organised
  • Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
