We\’re looking for a Foreman to join our Natural Resources team, working on our Thames Water Framework at the East Hyde waste water site in Bedfordshire.

Location: On site at East Hyde, Bedfordshire.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities

As a Foreman in our NRNN Water business unit, working on the Thames Water site, you\’ll play a key role in managing safety onsite and ensuring tasks are performed with expertise and skill.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing safety on site, including inductions, Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings, and Point of Work assessments for Site Operatives.
  • Allocating duties to Site Operatives and supporting work activity enablement.
  • Monitoring supply chain partners to ensure compliance with Kier health and safety standards.
  • Organising and requisitioning site equipment, plant, and materials to complete works.
  • Coordinating with Line Managers on developing RAMS and managing work methods that are safe, feasible, and align with contract requirements.

Candidate Requirements

This role is ideal if you:

  • Have practical knowledge of managing and operating construction sites.
  • Possess a strong understanding of health and safety legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations).
  • Hold a CSCS Card.
  • Have a full driving licence.
