The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
As an Information Coordinator, you will be working within the Thames Water Framework and will focus on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver against Thames Water client requirements.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage and host training sessions for new users of the project CDE and train new starters.
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching for the team and subcontractors.
- Fully understand the project protocols, effectively communicate, and educate the team and subcontractors, ensuring they are strictly adhered to.
- Validate, QA check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
- Manage and maintain document control registers for Drawings, TQs, Waivers etc.
- Diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain.
- Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
- Competent experience with EDMS, Viewpoint and Project Wise preferred.
- Fluent with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
