We are looking for an Aftercare Manager to join our Eastern and Midlands team based in Nottingham.
What will you be responsible for?
- As Aftercare Manager, you will be working within the Eastern and Midlands team, supporting them in ensuring long-term client relationships.
- You will have the ability to identify and rectify defects from conception through to completion.
- Assess reported defects and create logs and reports of any and all defects that require remedial action to be taken.
- Deliver work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction, and in accordance with Kier Standards.
- Appoint, instruct, and manage subcontractors to carry out works, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate with clients and agree on actions and timescales for remedial works.
What are we looking for?
- This role of Aftercare Manager is ideal if you are educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline or hold a relevant trade qualification.
- Experience of delivering works on large-scale commercial projects (non-residential) in the capacity of Aftercare / Site / Project / Quality Manager.
- You have a multi-skilled trade background, experience in various types of building construction, and are committed to completing works 100% safely.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Certification.
- Full UK Driving License.
- IT literate – able to utilise relevant software.
