The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our FM team based on multiple sites across Oldham.

Location: Oldham - On site - Multi site

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Your day to day will include:

  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a School site
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric
  • Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required
  • General repairs and maintenance

This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have experience working on a Maintenance contract conducting PPM's and reactive maintenance
  • You have your 18th edition and 2391.
  • You have an extensive trades background – maintenance, installations and repairs
  • You have an Electrical bias
  • You have a full, clean driving license.
