We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Taverham High School in Norwich.
Location: Norwich.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
What will you be responsible for?
- Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.
- Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals.
- Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting.
- Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.
